Its not
often we take the time to thank a
supplier on the levels of service
received, but I feel I must make
the effort in this case. In these
demanding times we take it for
granted, that the level of
customer service we receive should
be to the same standard as we
ourselves give to our own
customers...
Unfortunately this is not always
the case! My experience in dealing
with the Hire Business has been a
very good one from start to finish
- your sales rep, Davide Bisceglia,
went above and beyond to make sure
the installation of the furniture
into our VIP meetings rooms, in my
absence I might add, was a great
success and went very smoothly and
on time, he proved himself a man
of his word!
